COMMUNITY

I service some of the finest communities in the San Fernando Valley and the West Side. See below for information on each area:

San Fernando Valley

Are you looking for a certain school in the Las Virgines School District? Walnut Acres in Woodland Hills boasts the award winning El Camino High School (and my alma mater). Encino, Sherman Oaks and Studio City are some of the most beautiful communities in the valley with nearby access to the Westside and Hollywood areas. The Valley is suburbia at its finest. Shopping, fine dining, nightlife and a generally quieter lifestyle make the Valley an incredible place to live. Properties here generally have a lower price per square foot as compared to the West Side and many people decide to live in the area to get “more for their money.”

West Side

The West Side of Los Angeles is one of the hippest and most sought-after areas in Southern California. From Pacific Palisades to Beverly Hills to Playa Vista, the West Side boasts some of the most exclusive shopping and dining, known throughout the world, and homes that define extravagance. Property in the West Side tend to have a higher price per square foot than in the San Fernando Valley. When Southern Californians say they live in “the city,” this is the area to which they’re most likely referring.
